{"product_id":"muster-point","title":"Muster Point — Monochrome Crowd Painting","description":"\u003cp\u003eThe work of American abstract expressionist Franz Kline has inspired me since the 1970’s when I first saw his work in the reception area of Tate Britain. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe raw energy of Kline's work was so captivating for me as a young art student. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFor financial reasons I wasn't able to follow a career in fine art but that early encounter stayed with me.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOver fifty years later my enthusiasm for Kline has never faded to the point where I had to incorporate his work into my own. I apologise to abstract purists but I  could not resist the juxtaposition of my silhouetted and animated figures with Klines gestural brushwork.
