Satisfaction Guarantee (Returns Policy)
Our return policy is very simple:
If you are not happy with an art purchase that you made on neilmcbrideart.co.uk for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of the order date. As soon as it arrives, we'll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price. Please note - Neil McBride Art does not reimburse the return shipping charges.
Neil McBride Art has sold many artworks online since 2010 - all with a 100% money-back guarantee.

How to return your artwork!!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Before deciding to return your item, you have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods whilst you inspect the goods. Therefore please ensure you do not damage the artwork or the packaging.
- You must email us at sales@neilmcbrideart.co.uk stating the reason for your return along with your order number which will look like this #0000 (don't worry about the # – the number will do for an easy life!)
- Wait for our email reply before proceeding with your return. We may be able to pick up from you if you are nearby.
- Re-package the artwork carefully and send it back to us using a Tracked and Proof of Delivery service with shipping insurance. Our preferred shippers are Parcelforce or DPD but you can use whichever delivery company you wish.
Neil McBride Art is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
The artwork remains your responsibility until it reaches us so make sure it is packaged properly in its original packaging, obtain proof of postage and take photos of your packaged item before it is sent to us. We reserve the right not to accept returns if any artwork has been devalued by something caused by you. We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels that are not delivered.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a reasonable amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded where applicable, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
