We provide FREE DELIVERY and would like it to stay that way for the foreseeable future.
Please be aware that original paintings being shipped abroad from the UK may incur customs charges in the country of receipt. This is out of our control and is not something we can provide a costing for as each country is different.
We do not deliver to BFPO or PO Boxes.
Delivery timeframes are based on averages over several weeks. We are a small business and timeframes are our best estimates. In some cases, frames are made to order for quality control. This slows down the delivery times. We try to deliver within a 2 weeks timeframe but please understand that it may take longer.
Our original paintings are bespoke products using quality hard-wood frames (where applicable) manufactured in the UK and framed by our expert team of skilled framers.
Markets/countries we ship to.
Original paintings are created and primarily marketed within the UK by Neil McBride. If your shipping address is outside of the UK, you may be responsible for any customs or import duties and local taxes that may be payable.
Where such duties or taxes are payable in respect of any works ordered, we do not collect and pay them on your behalf. You are responsible for paying any amounts due directly to the applicable customs authority. We are not able to offer any guidance on customs or import duties or local taxes and recommend that you contact your local customs office for details.
Open Edition Prints are marketed and fulfilled by Pixels.com, sister company of Fine Art America, within the countries/regions listed below. This means that they are generally exempt from Tariffs.

Our Open Edition Prints are originated and fulfilled within each market we sell in, so are currently exempt from Taxes and Duties to the best of our knowledge.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.
UK non-mainland deliveries are subject to courier availability and capacity, and can therefore be subject to unforeseen delays.
Delivery Timeframes for Open Edition Prints
As our print products are bespoke, lead times vary and are dependent on a number of factors. Below is a guide to the average lead times for certain products.
Canvas prints
Canvas prints are sent flat, packed in substantial cardboard boxes.
Canvas Prints ship in 6 business days on average.
Paper Prints
Paper Prints are sent rolled in a tube or flat at the discretion of our fulfilment centres..
Paper Prints ship in 4 business days on average.
Our Paper Prints are produced on heavy, archival quality paper so must be laid on a flat surface and allowed to unroll at their own pace, at room temperature to avoid creasing. We use archival inks for prolonged life under normal conditions.
Metal Prints
Metal Prints are delivered flat, packed in substantial cardboard boxes.
Metal Prints ship in 6 business days on average.
Metal prints are very durable and moisture resistant so they are suitable for display in kitchens or bathrooms. They are light sensitive due to the ink dyes used so it is recommended that they are kept out of direct sunlight.
